For the even more adventurous the River Torridge offers the facility for canoeing or kayaking, alternatively trout and salmon fishing can also be found on the Torridge or why not take a boat trip to try your hand with Sea Bass fishing.
North Devon’s plentiful countryside and rugged coastline is also an ideal location for quad biking, abseiling, rock climbing and hang gliding.
There is beauty inland too. On the Exmoor National Park you can lose yourself among the heather and the legends.

You may choose to take a stroll through our own woodland and discover the beautiful river valley with a network of way marked paths, play a game of golf on our 18 hole fun course or enjoy a relaxing swim in our large indoor heated pool.
In the evening you can choose to eat in our Pantry restaurant , pick up a takeaway or relax in one of our on site bars.
Alternatively book a horse ride or hire a bicycle to explore the local “Tarka Trail”, as made famous by Henry Williamson.
Horse owners can even choose to take part or full livery at our new purpose built on site riding centre.
